Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of payment confirmation. However, during peak periods (such as holidays or high order volume), processing time may extend up to 2 business days.

For our Free and Standard shipping options:

  • Domestic orders typically take 2-7 business days from the time they leave our facility.
  • International orders may take 5-12 business days, depending on customs processing and local shipping providers.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen global events or shipping carrier delays.

TAXES & TARIFFS

All taxes and import fees are covered for all customers, including those using our free shipping option. If you receive any calls, texts, or emails from your local customs regarding additional fees, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package within the first 48 hours of it leaving our warehouse and no information is available, this does not mean your package is lost—it simply has not been processed by the carrier yet.

Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, your local delivery provider (Last Mile Carrier) and your tracking number will be updated in the tracking system.

Your Last Mile Carrier will depend on your country and may include USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Mond Post, DHL, and others. The specific carrier handling your package depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and potential logistical adjustments.

Since the Last Mile Carrier is responsible for final delivery, you should use the tracking information they provide to estimate your package’s expected delivery date.

Please note: Last Mile Carriers determine their own delivery schedules, and transit times vary by country. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Important: The estimated transit time does not include order processing time.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Your Last Mile Carrier may leave the package at your door, mailbox, or designated delivery area at their discretion.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

To avoid lost or stolen packages:

·         Regularly check your tracking updates.

·         Make sure someone is available to receive your order.

·         If necessary, request a signature upon delivery (if your local carrier provides this option).

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier immediately. We can only see the same tracking details as you, and your Last Mile Carrier is best equipped to assist with delivery issues.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse:

  • We are not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages.
  • We are not responsible for delivery errors made by third-party carriers.
  • If your package is lost before it leaves our fulfillment center, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that the risk of loss or damage transfers to you once your package leaves our fulfillment center.

SHIPPING AND THIRD-PARTY RESPONSIBILITY

Shipping is handled by independent third-party carriers not affiliated with Auraicore.

Once a package is in the hands of a carrier, we cannot intervene in shipping-related issues. Any delays, lost shipments, or delivery errors must be resolved directly with the carrier responsible for final delivery.

INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS

Before completing your purchase, double-check your shipping address!

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address before your package is shipped, but once it is in transit, we cannot make any changes.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees associated with reshipping or retrieving their package.

By placing an order with Auraicore, you confirm that:
